isAtHome() returns bool

Check if the player is at their own home. Frequently used to separate 'WHERE: home' cases of the player being at home and being at their significant other's home.

EXAMPLE:
    WHERE: home
    ....
    
    If isAtHome()
        "Home sweet home"
    Else
        "I must be at my boyfriend's house."
    Endif
